360º feedback assessments are powerful tools for enabling individuals to improve, grow and develop their interpersonal skills.
Our custom-designed surveys gather information about a person’s performance, as witnessed and experienced by the standards and expectations of his/her boss, self, peers, and customers.
Routine or annual performance evaluations are often subjective and one-sided, and traditional appraisal systems have proven ineffective in providing valid and objective feedback.
Conversely, a 360-Degree feedback assessment process is the most accurate method to reaching objectivity. No matter what position you hold in a company, it is important to understand how others (your boss, team, peers and customers) perceive your effectiveness as a leader, as well as your strengths and weaknesses. 360-degree input from supervisors, co-workers, clients and subordinates is valuable in improving organisational and individual performance.
We conduct an individual assessment, which includes input from 7-12 respondents, directly on the Internet. We can provide either a standardised or a customised assessment. Many organisations choose to conduct 360º assessments on their senior executives. Personal coaching to the rated individual is available by our Experience UK Associate, Debi Garrod. She will assist the rated individual in putting together a developmental action plan confidentially and professionally.
Studies show that 360-degree feedback assessments can have a positive economic impact when used for leadership development. A study by J. Folkman showed the relationship between turnover and leadership effectiveness. He showed effective leaders have a lower turnover of employees under them. Another study showed performance-based assessments and development could result in a six standard deviation improvement in employee performance, yielding a return on investment as high as 700%.

How does it work?
The process is simple. We provide you with a secure web page where the questions are listed. The rated individual scores him/herself, along with their boss, and peer group. After all of the scores are received, we provide you and the rated individual with a printed report or access to a web page listing the rating summary.
